Claudia Del Re collaborates continuously at the Del Re Law Firm, founded in Florence in 1995 by Prof. Andrea Del Re (formerly the Del Re-Sandrucci Law Firm from 1995 to 2022). Since January 2023 she has also become a Partner of the Firm, together with Prof. Andrea Del Re. Thanks to twenty years of legal assistance to companies and corporate groups on the Italian and international scene in the labor law and commercial sectors, the Del Re Law Firm has now earned an absolutely leading role on the national scene.

Attorney Del Re has gained significant multi-year experience in both Italy and the United States (former Visiting Fellow Researcher at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA) at the academic Technology Transfer Offices and Research Entities and Foundations Offices, and acquired specific skills in the field of technology transfer, also realized through the establishment of university spin-offs.

Lawyer Claudia Del Re, Bio-psychological Counselor S.S.C.P. (Italian Counseling Federation) and facilitator of the meditative practice 'Yoga and Health' – National Register AssoConsulting, in 2019 decided to found "RESTO IO", a Third Sector Social Promotion Body, taking on the role of President from 2019 to 2022 .
RESTO IO was born with the firm desire to prevent and combat gender violence of every form and type (discrimination against women and minors), taking particular account of the phenomenon of psychological violence as well as the relationship between domestic violence and witnessed violence. RESTO IO manages objectives of preventing and combating violence by providing prompt assistance, support and protection to victims of violence and their children. The aim is to activate empowerment processes, which allow people to become active subjects in the creation and management of their own state of physical, mental and social well-being, understood, therefore, as the overall well-being of the person in his/her social context -ecological.
